Do a person with Klinefelter syndrome or down's syndrome known as eunuch informally !?

Dear Student, 
Kleinfeltor syndrome is XXY syndrome because they have an extra X chromosome. Whereas eunuch is a person who gets to removes his testicles intentionally it can be to serve a social purpose or any othet. So no we can't say a person with klinefeltor syndrome as it is genetic one , an eunuch.
