Do auxins work under the control of Ethylene, like Ethylene is the boss who is one, and auxins are the workers who are many in no.
 

And The  effects of excess auxin are actually the effects produced by Ethylene.

No, auxin does not work under the control of ethylene but auxin induces ethylene synthesis which shows the effect. Auxin stimulates apical dominance by inducing growth in shoot and inhibiting axillary buds. Actually auxin triggers the formation of ethylene in axillary buds causing inhibition of growth of axillary buds. So, effect of excess auxin is causing apical dominance which is actually imparted by ethylene on axillary buds.
