Do frog, grasshopper and snake belong to the same tropic level ?

Dear student

No they belong to different trophic levels. 

The grasshopper belongs to second trophic level, frog belongs to third trophic level and snakes to fourth trophic level. 

The complete food chain is as under:

Grass->grasshopper - >frog->snake->hawk
