I would give my life for a dieing animal. Because my whole life haste revolved around animals! I feel the need to make animals happy and healthy. I understand that humans are more important then animals. And If it was someone other than me yes I would kill an animal to feed them. I would feel better about it if it were a cow or a pig not a cat or a dog tho!It would all depend on the circumstances. I wouldn't necessarily say it's "right" but I do think it is okay to do so. The reasoning is basically on a religious level, so if you don't believe in God then I apologize. Animals are not created with immortal souls; humans are. It is that reason it is considered a mortal sin to kill a human being, but it isn't sinful to kill an animal. So in the above scenario, the death of the human would be considered a greater tragedy than the death of the animal, so sacrificing the animal for the human would be okay. Hope that helps
