Does Taplow like the Greek play ? Why ?

Dear student 

Taplow was reading the 'Agamemnon' by Aeschylus. He did not enjoy reading it as he felt it was meaningless. He says that the plot, of a wife murdering her husband, is actually good. But the way it's taught to them is boring. The method of teaching, merely felt like reading a lot of meaningless Greek words strung together, and it did not feel like reading a play.
