Economic subject was discovered by whom?

Dear Student,

a. Economics, has always been an integral part of human society as it involves trade, exchange of goods , services, demand , supply, production of goods and services.
b. One cannot say that the subject was discovered, but it has been part of  human activity.
c. However, there have been many theorists who began to study and analyse it as a separate discipline, formulating its theories.
d. We may consider Adam Smith in this regard as the Father of economics.
