Dear student 

Enzymes have narrow optima for both temperature and pH.
The temperature and pH at which the enzyme has highest activity is called optimum temperature and optimum pH respectively. Above or below this optimum temperature and pH enzyme activity gradually decreases and it finally gets denatured.
