Hard work is the real wealth of a man. No can achieve success without doing hard work. Hard work is the key to success. Hard work always pays off. Hard work can turn sludge into gold. Hard work starts from where we stop looking for alternatives. Hard work is the secret of success. Laziness and sluggishness makes one?s life a bane and only hard work can turn it into boon. We can take an example too. Such as if we do not study hard, we can not clear the exam we are going for. A person can achieve his goal only with the help of hard work. Flyovers, roads, buildings, malls etc. all are made by the laborers by working hard. A painter, writer, poet etc, everyone get his reward on the basis of their hard work. Some people give more importance to their luck rather than working hard. And later on, when they fail, they blame their luck only which is very absurd. What can luck do if a person himself is not ready to work hard? Nature also works hard. Sun rises every morning and sets on its time every evening. Birds and animals work hard for getting their food. Plants and trees make food with the help of chlorophyll by the process of photosynthesis. Human is the best creature in the world. But a lazy person is a problem for himself too. A poor can gain wealth and become rich by working hard. Hard work is also helpful in reducing the problems of unemployment, poverty and failures in life. We can take the examples of the great personalities of our country. If Mahatma Gandhi and the other great leaders of our country had not worked hard for getting freedom for the country, then we might still be a slave. Calvin Coolidge, the 30th president of the United States, is one of the famous personalities. Hard work is challenging but not impossible or paining as we have dream of achieving our aim. He always takes his aim as his passion and strength.? He is a man of character and led a happy life as a result. We must have an optimistic look towards everything and the spirit of never giving up, and then we can achieve our aim and reach to the top. Hard work is the most important key to success. The achievements without hard work are impossible. An idle person can never gain anything if they sit and wait for the better opportunity to come. The person who is working hard is able to gain the success and happiness in life. Nothing is easy to be achieved in life without doing any hard work.

The Edison was working for 21 hours a day, and he sleeps only for 2 or 3 hours on the Laboratory tables with his books as his pillow. The prime minister of India late Pt. The Industry is the key to success, Industry makes and idleness mars a nation.
