Let the radius of the circular frame be r and side of square frame be s.
The circular frame is converted into a square frame.
So, circumference of circle = perimeter of square
Formula: circumference of circle  = 2πr, perimeter of square = 4s

2πr = 4s
$\frac{r}{s}=\frac{4}{2\pi }\phantom{\rule{0ex}{0ex}}\phantom{\rule{0ex}{0ex}}\phantom{\rule{0ex}{0ex}}\phantom{\rule{0ex}{0ex}}\phantom{\rule{0ex}{0ex}}\frac{r}{s}=\frac{2}{\pi }$
$\frac{r}{s}=\frac{2}{\frac{22}{7}}\phantom{\rule{0ex}{0ex}}\frac{r}{s}=\frac{2×7}{22}\phantom{\rule{0ex}{0ex}}\frac{r}{s}=\frac{7}{11}$
Hence the ratio of radius of circle to side of square is r:s=7:11.
