1. Kapil Sharma used the concept of "decentralisation" through which he is able to steer his company to great heights, as previously he is the only person who took all the decision but now he gave authority to others also in the company.
2. Importance of decentralisation -
a) Initiative- Decentralisation helps in taking decision to the manager or to solve the problem by using his/ her own skills that will develop the self confidence in employees.
b) Control- As in decentralised organisation each department took their decision by their own so it will help to evaluate the performance of each department separately and also control their performance.
c) Managerial competence- It helps in developing new skills in manager that will add in their experience and help in developing managerial skills.
