Dear student,
In BeH2 molecule, the central atom Be undergoes 'sp-Hybridization' and the bond angle between any two hybrid orbital becomes 180o.
The dipole moment generated by one side of Be-H will be cancelled by the other side Be-H dipole moment as a result the net dipole moment of BeH2 molecule becomes zero.
