Experts please give two examples where participles have progressive and perfect form
With the verb reading

Dear student,

Here is the answer:

There are two types of participles:

a) Present Participles: These are verb forms which end with -ing. For example : swimming, dancing etc.

b) Past Participle: These verbs end with -ed, -d, -t , - en, - n. For example: loved, connected, burnt etc.

- Perfect participle shows that an action was completed in the past. We add the word "having" with past participle to create perfect participle. For example : Having completed his homework, he got ready to play.

- Progressive participles take the ending - ing. For example.
  • Present Progressive Participle : He is dancing.
  • Past Progressive Participle : She was playing.
