I am Sujata from Prabhadevi Public School, Thane, Mumbai. I had arranged a trip for fifty students to Nanital in summer vacations for ten days with your tours and travels service. But I am very sorry to say that I am disappointed with your service as the things that were promised to me were not exactly the same and were of below standard.The accommodation that was provided to us was inferior in quality and the food supplied was below the normal hygienic standards. It also affected the health of our students and caused serious health issues. One shouldn’t forget that one goes for vacations to get the best treatment and come back with refreshing memories. However, the arrangements turned to be exact opposite to this.
It’s my earnest request to look into the matter seriously and stop duping tourists with false promises as it tarnishes the image of locals. When you are in service industry, customer satisfaction is a must. So, if you are not satisfying your customers there is no point serving this industry.
I would be grateful if you would look into this matter and would not repeat such treatment for other tourists
