Readings taken are:
U=-(30,28,26,24,22)
V=30,35,40,45,50
Is there any mistake in drawn graph?

In practical expirement,
We need many readings to get most accurate results.So, if we extend the graph obtained by expirement by taking more readings than we will get graph equivalent to theoritical graph.
Moreover, By changing the scal of graph we can change the shape of graph. In changing scale of graph, nature of graph remains the but shape changes. i.e If a graph is hyperbolic it will remain hyperbolic but the scalei changed when scale is changed.
And the graph you have obtained is correct, as :
1)It is hyperbolic in nature.
2) after point Q(30,30) , when the e of V is increased than |U| decreases.
