Explain by giving two different reasons why 2700 is not a cube number? (Just to check that my answer is correct)

2700 is not a perfect cube number because

  • The prime factorisation of 2700 i.e., 2 × 2 × 3 × 3 × 3 × 5 × 5 cannot be grouped in the pairs of three.
  • For a number ending with zero to be a perfect cube, the number of zeroes at the end of the number should be a multiple of three but 2700 have only two zeroes at the end.
