Explain Ewing's Molecular Theory Of Magnetism.
Thank You.

Solution
The molecular theory of magnetism was first established by Scientist Weber and later Ewing modify it. According to Ewing's theory, all the molecules of a magnetic substance is a magnet itself.  That's means all the tiny molecules within a molecular material has both north and south pole. In un-magnetized condition, the molecules are oriented ina random manner, so that the net magnetization is equal to zero.
And when the object is magnetized, then all the molecules oriented themselves in such a way that all the north poles of the molecular magnet oriented in a certain direction and all the south poles point in opposite direction.
