Explain flame and its different zone

A flame is a zone of combustion of gaseous substances with the evolution of heat and light.
Substances , which vaporize during burning, produce flames . F or example, when a candle burns, molten wax rises through the wick, and gets vaporized to form flames. On the other hand, charcoal does not vaporize on burning. Hence, it does not produce a flame.
The different zones present in a candle flame are as follows.
1. Innermost zone or the luminous zone
2. Middle zone
3. Outer zone or the non-luminous zone
