Explain how Albert Einstein invented theory of relativity

Dear Student,

Einstein secured a job in 1902 as a technical expert in the patent office in Bern. While he was supposed to assess other people’s inventions, he actually developed his own ideas in secret. He jokingly called his desk drawer at work the “bureau of theoretical physics.” In 1905, one of his famous papers was Special Theory of Relativity, according to which time and distance are not absolute.  Thus, he invented theory of relativity.

Albert Einstein, in his theory of special relativity, determined that the laws of physics are the same for all non-accelerating observers, and he showed that the speed of light within a vacuum is the same no matter the speed at which an observer travels, according to Wired.

In his four papers, published in November 1915, Einstein laid the foundation of the theory. In the third in particular he used general relativity to explain the precession of the perihelion of Mercury. ... The observed effect was exactly what Einstein had predicted. Einstein instantly became world-famous.

Einstein's theory of general relativity predicts that the space-time around Earth will not be only deformed but also twisted by the rotation of the planets. In his theory of special relativity, Einstein has determined that the laws of physics are the same for all non-accelerating observers. He proved that the speed of light in a vacuum is the same and does not matter the speed at which an observer moves. Thus, he found that space and time were interlinked into a single scale called as space-time scale and so the event that takes place at the same time for one observer might take place at different times for another observer.
