Dear student 1. An open court is a court which is open to members of the public. Anyone may attend court, as long as he or she does so without causing a disruptions. 2. When the lawyer for the plaintiff or the government has finished questioning a witness, the lawyer for the defendant may then cross-examine the witness. Cross-examination is generally limited to questioning only on matters that were raised during direct examination. 3. The term advocate is used in different senses, it implies a person who is supporting or defending a particular policy . For example , a person is a strong advocate of human rights. 4.Evidence is the available body of facts or information indicating whether a belief or proposition is true or valid. Regards
