Explain the major events that occur in the reproductive cycle in human females.

Different phases of reproductive cycles are
1. Menstrual Phase (day 1-5): In this phase, uterus shed soft tissues along with blood. cramp in the abdominal region is generally observed during this phase.
2. Follicular phase (day 1-13): This phase marks the growth of egg cells in the ovary. Egg cell mature in follicles which on development begins the lining of blood vessel and soft tissues.
3. Ovulation phase (day 14): Ovary releases egg cell on maturity on signal of hormone released from pituitary gland. The release egg cell moves into the fallopian tubule.
4. Luteal phase (day 15-28): The egg cell in fallopian tube stays for 24 hours if it does not meet sperm cell it disintegrates. This phase lasts until the last date of the menstrual cycle.
