Explain the poem Lord Ullin's Daughter

This is the poem in which the cheiftain and Lord Ullin's daughter were fleeing (running away) from her wrathful father. Then,  the cheiftain and Lord Ullin's daughter reached the shore and told the boatman to carry them across Lochgyle. The weather was not so much good for travel but they request to carry them as soon as he can because the Lord Ullin's men were finding them to kill. In the end, the waves of the water was trying to overpower to them and all these sene was watching by Lord Ullin but he was totally changed at that time, also he was calling her daughter and her lover which was vain. The poem ends with tragedy.

Now, I think that you will understand clearly.
