Explain the role of government in protecting and ensuring the rights of people

The role of government in ensuring rights: Government (the people who govern) exists off of taxes.? In order to get those taxes, government provides protection to the taxpayers so that they can have a stable enough society to produce taxable wealth.? People want protection so that they can pursue happiness.? Happiness is adequate food, clothing and shelter for self and family, and knowing that no one is likely to come along and take it away from you.? People pay taxes to government in order to get protection from government.? As long as the taxes are not too high, or the protection too little, a stable, happy society exists.

The constitution has made the laws and it has given many rights to the people of the country like the fundamental rights and consumer rights, farming rights, labour rights, and many many more and for the protection of these rights there are laws made which when broken the person who has broken the law is punished.
First thing you should know that our government work at three levels,
1. Executive
2. Legislative
3. Judiciary
Here,
the judiciary is independent means no one can affect or effect this level so, this
has been given the right to punish anyone who breakers the laws of the country on the basis of proofs.
And hence the government ensures the right of people by pushing those people who exploit the rights of others.
Thus, the rights are ensured safe.
