Explain the term Photocentre.

Dear student,
Photocentre is the reaction centre consisting of pigments like chlorophyll a molecule and electrons gets excited to reduce electron acceptor molecule for providing energy during photosynthesis. Photocentre do not directly receive energy as chlorophyll a molecule may get damaged therefore accessory molecule act as a relay to reach the energy to the photocentre.
