Yes the fabric developers and manufactures are increasingly developing the production of eco friendly or green fabric, 
This is because, these fabrics do not have any synthetic or non-decomposable material, which can damage the environment after use.
This promotes " Green chemistry". Use of non hazardous and non-toxic stuff in place of artificial , and damaging stuff.
