Malaria is a vector borne disease which is caused by bite of an infected female Anopheles mosquito.
Dengue is a vector borne disease which is caused by bite of an infected Aedes mosquito.

In easy words, vector borne disease are those diseases which are transmitted through a carrier. For Example: Malaria in transmitted through mosquitoes.

Dengue is written as an example here. In that bracket its written the number of Figure.
