Pupil of eye that is black part situated in the centre of of eye, it controls the amount of light entering so that high intensity of light could not harm the internal parts of eye. Behind the pupil lens of eye is present. It is made up of transparent and stretchable material. It can be stretched by cilliary muscles present both side of the lens. By stretching the lens focal length of eye decreases due to change in thickness of the lens. After light passing through the lens, it passes through the liquid filled in the eye ball and fall on the retina. Retina contain many cone cells and rod cells, these cells identify the frequency of light that is colour of light and intensity of light respectively. Finally the image foamed on the retina is converted into electrical signal and these signal travel through the nerves of eye and reaches to brain .
