Hurgo was an official of high rank in Lilliput's army. When Gulliver regained his consciousness he made signs signifying his wish to get liberty. Hurgo was a brave man who had walked upon Gulliver's body and answered him that he could not be freed, pointing towards the capita city, but assured him that he will be given food and meat. He is valiant warrior who led his train efficiently and fearlessly walked onto giant's body and conversed patiently with him.
