Malnutrition is a disorder caused by taking food which is either too much or too less or not balanced nutritionally in a proportionate manner. All this can result in specific symptoms for the body called malnutrition.
Undernutrition is a specific case of malnutrition caused due to low intake of food.

Because processing removes many of the nutrients and vitamins B lack of vitamin causes beri beri .and also unpolished rice has fibres which helps in digestion..therefore we should not eat polished rice and aheat.

3.These diseases can be inherited.

4.Example: Diabetes, Heart diseases.
