give one example to illustrate that heat can be generated from the energy of motion

Heat is given out or is generated during motion. As it is the energy for motion and when there is movement this energy is also given out, as an energy , it helps in movement of molecules. i.e. When the molecules of any matter gain this energy the start moving. The example to prove that heat is evolved during motion : When we rub our palms together movement is taking place or there is motion . Then, after sometime we feel our palms becoming warmer.
