Structure of bacterial cell 


Genetic material present in bacteria is DNA. Bacterial DNA may have plasmids − small, circular, extra-chromosomal DNAs present in addition to the genomic DNAs(in nucleoid).
 

Here is the diagram of a plant cell


Genetic material of plants is DNA and is found in the nucleus, the mitochondria and the chloroplasts.
