The size of any animal does not depend on the size, shape and dimensions of its nerve cell but it does depend on the genomics of a particular animal which decides its shape, size and characters. The genes present on the DNA of every organism differ from each other which causes the difference in them. Although the ancestry of a living organism also tells about their specific characters.
