having the world cup cricket matches in the month of march when students across the country have examinations has not been received well by many sections of the society. You decide to express your opinion through a letter to the editor of the national daily in about 100-120 words

Sir
Subject: Conducting cricket matches during exam time
I would like to draw your attention to the problems faced by students when cricket matches are conducted in the month of March which happens to be a time for country-wide examinations. Thus it not only hampers our concentration but also disregards the students' wish to partake in that experience.
Cricket matches means the whole community comes together and students have to suffer due to the noise caused by a cacophony of voices either celebrating or lambasting the Indian team, depending upon the outcome of the match. It is highly distracting and disruptive. Also, as stated earlier, students feel neglected because of the apparent neglect of the cricket matches. A lot of students are unable to take up thin line due to restrictions.
Thus, it would be of immense importance if you would take a look at this issue and find space for a public discussion in your esteemed publication.
Thanking you
Yours sincerely
Rohit
