hello everyone can you plss give a short note on heat zones of earth plss in 15 min

Dear student,

Here is the answer:

The Earth is divided into three heat zones on the basis of amount of heat received by a particular place.

A) Torrid Zone: This heat zone lies between 23½° N to  23½° S. It receives the maximum amount of heat  as sunrays are perpendicular to this zone.  It lies between the Tropic of Cancer and the Tropic of Capricorn.

B) Temperate zone: Here the sunrays are slanting and thus this zone is neither too hot nor too cold. It extends from 23½° N to  66½°N and from 23½° S to  66½°S. This area is between the Tropic of Cancer and the Arctic Circle in the Northern Hemisphere, and the Tropic of Capricorn and the Antarctic Circle in the Southern Hemisphere.

C) Frigid Zone: The sunrays are very inclined here, so this zone receives the minimum amount of sunlight. It is the coldest region. It extends from  66½°N to North pole and from  66½° S to South pole respectively. This areas is between the Arctic Circle and the North Pole in the Northern Hemisphere and the Antarctic Circle and the South Pole in the Southern Hemisphere.
