Help me solve this

Help me solve this Equal quantities of salt are dissolved in two identical vessels filled with water. In one vessel the salt is in tie form of a large crystal and in the other it is in tie form of powder. In which essel will the temperature of the solution be higher after the salt is completely dissolved. 3

Dear student

When the salt in crystalline form is dissolved in water, the reaction is endothermic which means the heat is absorbed. Therefore the vessel containing salt in powder form will have higher temperature as the reaction is exothermic.
