both estrogen and oesstrogen are the same u can even use estrogen and also oestrogen as both are the hormones secreted by ovum.....

while Oestrogen in british english

both are correct

they are nt different hormones

same hormone 2 spellings

this hormone is nt secreted by ovum its secreted by ovary
