How a judge can be removed ??????

State judges can be impeached and removed from office by their state legislatures. If the state House of Representatives votes to impeach the judge, the state Senate holds the trial and decides whether the judge should be removed. There are no clearly defined grounds for impeaching a judge, but state constitutions usually require evidence of "high crimes" or "gross immorality" to remove a judge through impeachment. Very few state judges are ever impeached, and impeachment trials often end with acquittal. Judges usually have to be accused of very serious misdeeds to be impeached, such as associating with organized-crime figures or embezzlement. Some states allow judges to be fired by the legislature through a "legislative address" procedure rather than a full impeachment. Although legislative address requires a much lower standard than impeachment, it is rarely used.
