how asexually reproducing organisms also follows the same rule of inheritance[sexual reproduction follows.]?

Asexual reproducing organism inherits their genes from single parent but in sexual reproduction organism genes are inherited from both parents. In asexual reproduction organism divide by mitosis and are copy of their parents. Little bit variations produce in asexual producing organism are only due to some inaccuracies in DNA copying.
The asexually reproducing organisms receive the complete set of chromosomes from the single parent but in sexually reproducing organisms, the one set is received from each parent through gametes. These gametes then fuse and restore the chromosome number similar to that of parents. Thus, rules for inheritance of chromosomes is similar.
