How can solenoid be utilized to make an electromagnet?
(By adding soft iron core inside, ryt)?
Dear student
A solenoid is a coil of insulated wire wound on a soft iron rod. It means soft iron core is already inside the wires.
Now if we allow to pass current through the solenoid then it become an electromagnet.
I hope it will help you!
