How did albert hope to convince the doctor?

Albert assumed that if he got a certificate from a doctor, he wouldn't have to go to school. He hoped to convince the doctor by pretending that he had a nervous breakdown. He told Yuri that he would do his best in convincing the doctor and that the doctor would not doubt him in any manner.
