how do cardiac muscles resemble both striated and smooth muscles?

Cardiac muscle fibres resemble both straited smooth muscle fibres as it is uninucleated (like smooth muscle fibres) and have dark and light bands known as straitions (like straited muscle fibres).Moreover it is comtrolled by both central autonomous nervous systems.
