how do insects stand gravity ? ( how do they stay on the walls without falling ? )

Dear student,
Gravity is acting as usual in insects that is in  the downward direction towards the ground. Gravity pulls them down. But stiff hairs, natural adhesives and large claws, which enables the insect to stay or crawl on walls without falling.
When insects are on the wall which  are appearing smooth to us, but actually the wall contains tiny or microscopic bumps and holes. The holes act as footholds for the insects in which they put their stiff hairs which is present on the bottom of their feet and they don't fall from the wall. But insects can also fall down on the ground due to gravity  if their body doesn't have any special feature and also insects have very light Weight so very less gravitational force comparable to air resistance is acting on them.
