How does implantation takes place in humans? Which hormone facilitates implantation?

At this stage of prenatal development, the conceptus is a blastocyst. It is by this adhesion that the foetus receives oxygen and nutrients from the mother to be able to grow. In humans, implantation of a fertilized ovum is most likely to occur about 9 days after ovulation, ranging between 6 and 12 days.

Implantation- The blastomeres in the blastocyst are arranged into an outer layer called the trophoblast... And the inner group of attached to the trophoblast called inner cell mass... The trophoblast layer gets attached to the endometrium and the inner cell mass gets differentiated as the embryo. After the attachment takes place, the uterine cells divide rapidly and covers blastocyst... As a result, the blastocyst becomes embedded in the endometrium of the uterus... This processes is called implantation... The hormones that facilitate implantation are progesterone and oestrogen...
