how is hydrogen and helium supposed to be two different isotones as hydrogen does not have neutrons

Isotones are elements with same no. of neutrons.

H and He cannot be isotones as H has no neutrons.
However, an isotope of hydrogen, Tritium which has 2 neutrons and 1 proton is an isotone of He which also has 2 neutrons.
