Saturn is the sixth nearest planet from the Sun and it is the second largest planet in the Solar system, next only to Jupiter. Saturn has 62 moons with confirmed orbits, out of which 53 have names and 9 have diameters greater than 50 kilometres. The Titan is considered as the largest moon of the Saturn. Jupiter has 79 identified moons out of which the four largest moons include Lo, Europa, Ganymede and Callisto. These four moons of Jupiter were popularly called as Galilean satellites because they were first discovered by Galileo Galilei in the year 1610.
