ok, before you answer 13, type "periodic table of vitamins" into Google and click "i'm feeling lucky" you will be directed to a daily burn blog displaying a periodic table of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. in that there are like 19... so, who do i trust?plus, can you list out the 13 vitamins.. if there are in fact only 13.... because according to one particular site there are B-1, B-2, B-6, B-12 ... what happened to 3,4,5 or 7? what do these numbers indicate?
