how the forms of verb are used

The forms of verb are used according to the tense. You have to cram this thing that where to use the first form,second and third resp. and i can tell you a simple way to learn them. Except the simple past tense you don't have to use the second form anywhere ,in the perfect tense of past,present and future as well you have to use the third form and except these you have to use the first form everywhere.
