Draw the base BC =10cm using a compass and mark the point as C.

Construct 60 degrees using a compass and bisect it.You will get 30 degrees.Extend the line and name it as X.

Taking the measurement in the compass as 2.6 cm (AB-AC) cut an arc on the line BX.Name the point as A.

Join AC.

Therefore, ABC is the required triangle.
