Paper is made from wood by converting it first into wood pulp. Wood pulp is made by soaking the plants into water so that the cellulose fibres get separated from the plant.
This soggy suspension of fibres is called wood pulp or cellulose pulp.
This pulp is then converted into paper using any machine or by hand. The pulp is designed in the desired shape and then dried.
