How to overcomestress

Dear student,
We can reduce  stress by different ways. These are scientifically proven.
1.Take deep breaths : When we are anxious we are taking shorter quicker breaths. Taking deep breaths help increase the supply of oxygen to our brain, slow the heart rate and relax some stomach muscles.
2) Exposure therapy: Slowly expose yourself to the things you are afraid of, so they are no more unfamiliar to you.
3) Find out the actual reason and try to mend it.
4) Being social, spending time with friends, sharing.
5)Exercise make people feel better.
6) Anxiety can improve our activities in a positive way.

This depends person to person. Some listen music , some stay alone for sometime and some just do meditation
