How we can show north and south pole in object which is magnetised by bar magnet through single touch method ??????

Bring one pole of the magnetised iron near the north pole of the bar magnet, if the magnet and the magnetised iron repel than that is the north pole and the other is the south pole and if it attracts that that side is the south pole whereas the otherside is the north pole.
